I started working out with Troy 7 months ago and have never been stronger or felt healthier. I began with weekly one-on-one training in order to get a highly personalized workout that included a lot of discussion about muscle groups, how to exercise correctly to avoid injury, and the most effective and efficient techniques. Eventually, I began doing group classes twice weekly which added a fun, social element but still incorporated the same awesome strength, endurance, and flexibility training that Troy reliably offered. I would recommend Troy to anyone who wants a trainer who truly cares about their fitness, health, and happiness but isn’t afraid to push him/her to the next level.
I have been working out with Troy as my personal trainer since August 2013. He has helped me make a huge difference in my life and my health. I’ve had the chance to be trained by Troy, a personal trainer in Vancouver, for the last couple of months, and have both learned a lot and seen great results. As a big guy to begin with, Troy has been great at catering a program to my skill level, and pushing me to the next level. In only 2 months, I’ve gained strength and stability as well as lost weight, all while learning how to work out on my own for the days Troy’s not around to kick my ass… which he seems to enjoy.

Nov 29, 2008 I started my training with Troy Tyrell ( Tsquared Vancouver Personal Trainers ) a couple months ago and is amazing how my body has changed in a better way, personally I’m looking for myself a better shape and Troy understood 100% what I want and he has been helping me to achieve my goals. I’ve been working out with Troy a Vancouver Personal Trainer for 8 weeks now. I had made the decision to hire a personal trainer, to get back in to shape, drop a few pounds, shed some body fat, and firm up around the middle. Since I started Personal training with Troy and the gravity training System I have dropped over 12 Pounds slimmed down considerably dropping my body fat percentage from 26 to 18 Percent. Each workout challenging fun and fresh I have never done the same workout twice in a row. I look better I feel better im definitely stronger and even my flexibility has improved troy’s easy to work with and always keeps me motivated the bottom line if you’re willing to work hard and want results I wouldn’t hesitate to hire troy.
My husband and I have been training with Troy for approximately 10 weeks. We are in the process of moving and sadly will not be able to continue our association with him. I am 59 years old and Troy Tyrell has been my personal trainer for exactly one year. His training has been fabulous. I began personal training because I was really depressed and overweight in Vancouver. I realized that if I did not have a strict routine I would not have the drive to exercise regularly.

Hello, my name is Chrissy. I am 29 years old, live in Vancouver, BC and workout with Troy at Tsquared Personal Trainers in Vancouver. After winning my battle with cancer this past year, my body was left weak and sapped of energy (I had gained 25 pounds over the course of my chemotherapy treatments). I went to Troy seeking to gain back my energy and muscle strength, and drop the extra weight I had put on as a result of my illness. The fun of being killed twice a week. I’ve always been very active, mostly with running and core training at home. However, when I decided to strengthen my overall body at bit better, I realized I would benefit from someone who could make sure I did it properly. Troy has been awesome with making sure my strength training is balanced and I actually enjoy his brutal no-mercy approach to it. He seems to enjoy pushing me to the limits too so it’s win-win. I have been training with Troy for just about a year now and the changes I have made in my body over that year are really astonishing to me. I was always very tall and skinny growing up and I never seemed to be able to pack on any muscle even though I tried several different workout routines throughout the years. I always found myself getting bored and seeing little to no results so inevitably I would give up. I really like Troy because he keeps the workouts interesting and he is tough – he will whip you into shape with no mercy. But he’s also a fun guy to train with and he can take a boat load of verbal abuse with a smile. His pricing is very fair as well. I go to group sessions of about 3-4 people for $30 a session which allows me to go twice a week. Most of the other trainers I have looked up in Vancouver are charging $70-90 per session. You still get a lot of personal attention in the group sessions. I couldn’t be happier with my body these days. My posture is better, my muscles are fit and toned, I’ve cut away most of the annoying baby fat around my pectorals and abdomen, and I’m more confident in myself than I ever have been. Highly recommended!
