When I found Troy I had already lost most of the scale weight – about 50 lbs over 2 years through running – and was looking to exchange the remaining skinand flab for strong, sculpted muscle. Troy has delivered that and more.
Troy has the unique ability to tailor both the workout and the motivation style not only to the individual, but also to your mood and energy level day to day. I get challenged, complimented, goaded or coerced, sometimes all within the same one hour period. The workouts are always challenging but I know that if Troy thinks I can do it, I can and do!
