Hi My name is Margaret, I work downtown Vancouver as a mining engineer. I started personal training with Tsquared Personal Trainers in Vancouver about 2 months ago. At the beginning I was dragging my feet and was pretty sceptical about the whole thing. I guess I have several goals, which makes things extra complicated? Losing weight is equally important to me with gaining strength in my left leg. I have triple hip replacement on my left hip, which makes things very challenging. Troy was able to come up with the set of exercises, which addressed my weak muscles around the hip and helped me walk again without a limp, No physiotherapist could accomplish that for the past 8 years that I have had these issues.
