My Process (How I work)

I believe the most important part of having a personal trainer, and engaging in a personal training program is your relationship with your personal trainer. That is why I offer a free personal training session so you can get to know me, and see if there’s a good fit between us.

While every personal trainer has their own style and way of doing things, I have keen focus on the planning and consultation process. We begin by filling out some forms so that I have confidential record of where you’re at, and any special considerations that need to be observed.

After the paperwork is complete we then spend a little time discussing what’s going on in your life. Your occupation, lifestyle, and what stresses you are all essential keys to creating a personalized workout that fits who you are, not who I am. There are other important aspects that I go over with you in order to help ensure success in your training.

I have a deep passion for helping other people become healthy and love seeing the transformations, not only in body, but also in spirit.I’m not a licensed nutritionist, But I certainly can provide some helpful, knowledgeable advice when it comes to improving and changing your dietary patterns, which will greatly excel your fitness goals.
