About the Founder
Troy Tyrell has 20 years of experience as a professional certified Vancouver personal trainer. Through his training with WABDL National powerlifting record holder, Jody Cranston, Troy has learned power-lifting techniques that build muscle mass and strength faster. In addition, Troy studied under EnerChanges and INFOFIT, where he learned physio corrective techniques and postural analysis.
Troy brings this knowledge to both his private personal training and small fitness classes. Unlike bigger gyms, Troy gives 100% attention to his clients’ posture, form, and technique. He also provides workouts that clients can do at home.
