Hi! It’s me, Troy from Tsquared Personal Training. How are you doing? I hope that you are safe.
I want to share with you the important changes due to new sanitary needs. My goal is to provide you a safe, clean, enjoyable environment with my hilarious jokes to get the best workout.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. I’d love to talk to you. So, here are the new procedures:
- If you have been out of the country or are sick or not feeling well, please don’t come for a workout unless 14 days have passed. Instead, take time to rest, and consult your health practitioner or your doctor.
- I have changed the orientation of the training room to allow more space. I am also using alcohol-based disinfectants and now asking people to use hand sanitizer when they enter the room.
- Unfortunately, for the time being, there will be no cardio equipment before your workout. This is due to the number of people allowed in the gym: only 5 trainers and 5 clients. The post-workout shower will also be not allowed, and pools are closed 🙁 However, we do have stairs that you can access for cardio.
- When arriving for your scheduled appointment, you will have to wait in the hotel lobby on the couches, or you can wait near the elevator. I will come to get you at the hour. Please be on time no later than your start time.
So, there you have it. I know that it will be a small inconvenience, but this is all for our safety. Nonetheless, I’ll continue to give the best workout experience for you.
