I've been working out with Troy now for about a year I've noticed a lot of changes I've lost the flappy underarms I've lost the flappy midsection or at least most of it my run times all right all right Troy wants me to show you my biceps my run times have steadily gotten faster and faster getting stronger sleep better at night and my clothes are getting bigger or at least I'm getting smaller which means I get to go shopping which my husband is not too happy about but it's all worth it Troy's a great trainer motivates constantly .
