Head east along Davie Street or Robson Street toward the downtown core. From Davie Village near Burrard Street, the walk takes roughly 12 minutes. From the Denman Street end of the West End, allow about 18 minutes or combine with a short bus ride.

Head south on Burrard Street or east along W Georgia Street. From the Coal Harbour waterfront residences near Cardero Street, the walk takes roughly 5 minutes along flat downtown streets.

The #5 and #6 buses run along Davie Street directly toward downtown, stopping within a 3-minute walk of our studio. The #C23 community shuttle also connects the West End to the downtown core.

Burrard Station on the Expo Line is an 8-minute walk from our studio. If you're on the Canada Line, Vancouver City Centre Station is 5 minutes away on foot.

Burrard Street's protected bike lane runs north-south from the West End directly into the financial district. The ride from Davie and Burrard to our studio takes about 5 minutes.

Most TSquared clients train 2–3 times per week for optimal results, though even one session per week produces meaningful improvements when combined with daily activity. Troy will recommend a training frequency based on your goals, current fitness level, and budget during your free consultation
Some do. TSquared offers small group training for women and women 40+ strength classes in a supportive, non-intimidating environment. Classes are capped at 5 people and coached by Troy Tyrell. All of our training takes place in a private studio, which many women prefer over crowded gym environments.
It depends on what you need. A gym membership gives you access to equipment, but a personal trainer provides a customized program, teaches proper form, and keeps you accountable.
