I started seeing Troy 8 months ago after not working out regularly since for years. Since then, I have noticed I feel stronger, have more energy and my fitness has returned. I have been attending Troys class since 2016. I recall my first class…I was nervous because I never used the weight resistance machine before. However, Troy guided me through the class with support, tips, and demonstrations; I was up to speed in no time. There is a maximum of 4 people per class so lots of attention to technique. The machine is adjustable on the spot, for lighter or more intense work. I frequently attend with my partner, and we do the same exercises but at our independent levels, so both get a maximum workout for our own strength. I can view Troys schedule through the app, I opt for reoccurring classes 2 times per week, I have my payment sent as auto-renew, and I simply get an email receipt for each renewal. The app is free and links directly to my work and personal calendar so attending class is an automatic thing, built into my work week. I can also use the app to add a spouse, which means my partner can easily attend using my passes without the need to purchase a package. There is a cancellation fee for same-day cancellations, I actually love this feature! After a hard day at work, I sometimes struggle with motivation, however, this keeps me accountable and I always leave the class feeling energized, and glad that I went. There is also full shower and pool/hot tube facilities.

I’ve been going to Troy’s classes for about a year now, attending both the gravity group sessions and personal training. The group classes give a great workout for everyone and can be tailored to anyone’s fitness level. That along with the personal training have put me in the best shape of my life since high school.
