Gravity Training: It’s Not What You Think!

When you hear the words “Gravity Training,” do you picture yourself hanging upside down with big boots on?  Or maybe something like this little guy…?

You aren’t alone! But let me put your mind at ease. Gravity training is a full-body workout done on a Total Gym Gravity Trainer. It uses bodyweight exercises done on an incline, similar to Pilates. However, it has more benefits. Think of the muscle toning of weight training, the calorie burn of cardio, and Pilates’ postural strengthening and muscle lengthening. All rolled into one.

And not only that: It’s also safe for all fitness levels!

    Here’s how it works…

My clients love working out with our Gravity Trainer. That’s because they get awesome results in just 55 minutes. No matter what level of fitness they are starting with, from total beginners to weekend Athletes to Professional and Olympic Athletes.

For instance, I have total beginners who I set up on an elementary level. And I have very fit athletes who are at another. Both groups are amazed at the kick-butt personal training workout I give them. And the coolest thing about Gravity? Eventually, even beginners can progress into an athletic fitness level because Gravity Training levels can be increased as you get stronger, and weight and intensity will be increased.

There’s no way but up, with Gravity! It’s really all about commitment and consistency.

And when it’s fun, like it is with Gravity Training — it’s easy to stay committed!
